…Gentle Remembrance

A Haven away from Consumptive, Conditioned Cultures

As you may sense or have already experienced much of society and it’s associated cultures are shaped by re-packaged hearsay, “spiritual” entertainments, extreme thinking, constant competition for attention and power, mechanistic routines, and extractive patterns that deplete natural and human resources, often with far-reaching consequences.

In these systems, nature, animals, and humanity are treated as resources to be obsessively consumed, rather than honored as boundless, living expressions of life.

In the rush to amass more, feed insatiable desires, prove oneself, or defend against others, the deeper rhythms of life and our essential interconnection with all beings are often forgotten.

Many remain unaware that when we harm, take by manipulation, or disregard life, we are ultimately harming ourselves.

Somatune Therapies exists as a peaceful haven, a space to gently step outside of survival fear, performative pressure, and the busyness that drains rather than nourishes.

Here we pause to return to simplicity, to move through life’s complexities with resilience, and rest in the unchanging truth beyond dualistic divisions and the noise of a restless world.

Commercialized communities and movements, as well as hyper-capitalist market systems and industrial work structures are all built upon rigid time blocks and linear frameworks. These systems prioritize output, efficiency, and endless growth, driven largely by numbers, metrics, and profit, often under the guise of helping people or expanding the economy.

Over generations, such environments have shaped and conditioned the human nervous system to operate in cycles of constant production, consumption, and distraction. This conditioning affects not only how we work, but how we relate to conceptual time, value, and ourselves.

Underlying it all is the imagined idea that accumulating more…wealth, possessions, followers, popularity…will lead to lasting security and stability. But this promise belongs to a fabricated world, one disconnected from the natural rhythms of life, the wisdom of the body, and the deeper truth of sustainable sufficiency.

It is not surprising, then, that many experience a sense of spiritual deadness, willful ignorance, chronic inner tension, and unresolved pain. Much of this unacknowledged conflict trauma contributes to a wide range of physical and emotional imbalances—including conditions linked to mental disorders and dis-ease.

But there is no more time for fear, blame, regret, misdirected anger, or avoidance. Here, we face reality, with utter honesty, humility and compassion, while remaining wholeheartedly open to real transformation. Together, we gradually release what no longer serves our humanity. Convenient comforts, when seen clearly, can be let go, allowing for genuine contentment.

True healing begins with full acceptance and a clear willingness to see the root causes of suffering (see: 4 Nobel Truths).

From this grounded stillness, we remember what it is to rest beyond constant stimulation, to meet life with timeless ease, presence, and discerning equanimity.

Invitation & Nobel Principles

Non-Interfering Facilitation

We meet in the moment as it is, not by compulsive fixing, forced obligations, rigid regulations, or prescribed routines.
Sessions are present-moment responsive and co-creative, honoring your natural rhythms and supporting the unfolding of innate intelligence, spiritual intuition, and embodied insight. Somatune Therapies is not about transacting and “counting heads” in the commercial marketplace, it’s a shared space of transformation and liberation.
Rather than “providing a consumer service,” we cultivate awakening and well-being together.
We do not “own,” take, or siphon energy from the outside, that pattern arises from craving, clinging, and the illusion of a separate, self-centered identity. It is the habit of a fragmented self, spinning in the wheel of saṃsāra or in modern terms, caught in the drama triangle of victim/complainer, rescuer/helper and perpetrator/controller (the chaos of war, collective cult entanglements, savior complexes, institutionalized control through religion, and the distractions of political ploys…)
Instead of perpetuating these cycles, we return to inner stillness… reconnecting with the source within, where energy flows naturally and consciousness expands through direct contact with what is real. In stillness, there is no need to force or grasp, awareness becomes the ground, and life unfolds from wisdom, not compulsion.
For those who already see through the smokescreen, it takes great courage to disengage, step back from conditioned roles and expectations, and to relearn how to live, thrive, and channel creative energy in service of wholeness and true evolution. Rather than unconsciously allowing energy to be drained, misused, or co-opted by broken systems, we transform/transmute it with enlightening awareness.
This unfolding is supported by a spiritual life rooted in unconditioned love, acceptance and truth, a foundation of moral and ethical integrity.
Such a life gradually calms and clarifies the mind and heart, allowing us to see beyond biased judgments, confusion, and reactive states such as hatred and ignorance. It helps us step out of harmful, repetitive patterns those born of disconnection, often carried out without care or conscience.
With patience, we begin to move freely, cleanly, and lightly.
It is a completely different paradigm from what is programmed into dominant world systems, one based not in false power or control, but in right understanding and reverence for all life.
Here, the invitation is simple: to return to what is real, to what nourishes rather than depletes, to what liberates rather than binds.
This is a space for genuine relaxation, deepening, and awakening, not an delusional dream escape or over-indulgence of the senses, but an act of realization and remembrance.

Each moment is honored as an opportunity to cultivate:

Goodwill for all life
Generosity
Gratitude
Liberated Living through Embodied Wholeness & Wisdom

What Does “Soma” Mean?

Soma refers to the living body - We don’t treat it as a machine of parts, but a fluid, intelligent, sensing whole. It is the body experienced from within: breathe, sensation, emotion, memory, and awareness all woven together. It is not separate from the mind or spirit, but a direct expression of both and all. This understanding forms the foundation of every session.

Rather than treating the body as something to fix or force into shape, we listen to it. We attend to the subtle language of the nervous system, energy field, and inner rhythms. This mindful listening opens space for natural release of stress/tension and reconnection with harmonious balance and universal intelligence. (available for all regardless of name, race, country….etc.)

What Does “Holistic” Mean Here?

Holistic means seeing the whole person…not just isolated symptoms, tension, or discomfort. It means recognizing that healing occurs through relationship with life in the immediate moment. Your history, nervous system, energy environmental conditions, and your deeper intentions are seen for what they are.

Holistic care here does not follow set protocols or mechanical routines. Sessions are responsive, intuitive, and grounded in attentiveness to the unified whole - body, mind, energy, and spirit as one resilient living, organic field.

We won’t be pushing harder or chasing quick results but carefully, gently and mindfully facilitating/creating the conditions for deep restoration, integration, and the return of balance for lasting wellbeing.

What is Unconditioned Wholeness?

Unconditioned wholeness is not something to achieve or become, it’s the natural state beneath the layers of conditioning, programmed identity, repressed traumatic imprinting, and societal expectations.

It’s the quiet completeness that remains when we release emotional turmoil and clear out what is heavy, toxic, disturbing…all that was pushed “under the rug” while trying to survive, keep up with the pace of modern life, and run from problems and discomfort.

We are no longer defined by past roles, future projections, or external validation. We rest in a deep inner clarity… responsive, compassionate, and free.

This wholeness is unshaken by circumstance. It does not depend on possessions, appearances, or the perceptions of others. It is spacious, aware, and already complete… remembered through presence, nurtured by wisdom, and lived through direct experience.

Life Practices

Dhamma/Life Contemplation & Moment-to-Moment Practice

Spiritual life-oriented inquiry rooted in wisdom and direct experience Dhamma is not a belief system or ideology.
It is reality as it is, the truth that frees, and the path walked by those who see clearly.

But from an early age, my spiritual nature leaned toward the mystical, the unknown, and the simple, direct seeing of what is. I now encourage everyone to inquire deeply, investigate freely, explore openly, and develop a keen discernment rather than follow fixed beliefs that often lead to limited judgments.

Creative Wisdom Writing

Writing as a contemplative, expressive path for insight, clarity, and compassionate truth-sharing.

(I’ve enjoyed writing since early childhood and found many letters expressing deeper heart feelings. I was raised bilingual and taught myself how to write in Spanish at a very young age, simply by listening.

I also completed independent writing courses I remember once being told, “I have to sit down and really read this… it slows my mind.” That reflection stayed with me. Perhaps it speaks to the still presence that naturally infuses the way I write. After simply not saying anything for a long time, I’m finally okay with writing directly without sugarcoating or making “bit size” snippets. If someone truly wants to read, they’ll take the time.

Nature & Forest Immersion

Deep reconnection through quiet stillness and flow, in the natural world.

Meditation & Embodied Awareness

Gentle, grounded living guided by breath, balanced/open posture, and spiritual solitude of mind, supported by the Dhamma. Books can be helpful, but true insight arises through direct experience: moment-by-moment awareness, understanding the nature of mind, and living the teachings in daily life. This is where timeless truths are revealed and realized.

Mindful Living

A commitment to everyday presence by cultivating simplicity, non-harm, ethical clarity, and a deep sense of conscious interbeing with all of life in present-moment reality.

Intuitive & Holistic Wellness

Supporting the whole being with attuned care and natural pathways to balance.

Attentive Vocational Skill Development

Nurturing skills, gifts, talents, and spiritual developments through meaningful and authentically aligned vocational practice.

I’m not an intellectual expert, sessions are deeply organic, intuitive, and awake to what arises, uncontaminated by worry, perceptual manipulation, or the pressure to personalize and please identified personas (especially if it means lying to make people feel better while avoiding the real roots of confusion, pain, suffering, addiction, and so on). This practice exists solely to support the end of suffering in ways that do not compromise reality.

Holistic Pathways

Regarding Monetary Exchange

I choose to support essential human needs while making decisions that consider the long-term well-being of the planet and future generations. I value clean, honest exchange, where giving and receiving are rooted in mutual respect, not obligation or profit. This way of circulation strengthens dignity, trust, and shared humanity.
I never pursued the so-called “American Dream.” Over time, I’ve seen how the pursuit of aggrandized success, image-making, and unchecked accumulation often overshadows compassion, relational care, and inner stability. In systems built on performance and comparison, it’s easy to lose sight of what actually nourishes life.
Years ago, I stepped away from these patterns and began to reorient from within. It hasn’t been simple or easy, at times. But through this slower and gentler path, I’ve come to recognize the value of quiet integrity and sustainable presence, without needing to be part of fleeting trends or marketable identities.
I don’t care about creating a fixed brand, collecting followers, or gaining popularity. This practice is based on participating in a way of being that restores balance, honors reality, and invites genuine connection. Peace of mind and purity of heart cannot be bought, sold, or bargained with. They arise from living in truth, and their worth lies far beyond the reach of any commercialized marketplace.
I’ve come to understand that it’s far freer to live as a peaceful human being…free from attachments and passionate desires, with a heart full of wisdom and compassion for life, than to be filthy rich, admired, and lost in a sea of sorrow and suffering.
"I live simply so others may simply live freely, and walk this path with clear eyes, a humble heart, noble mind and open hands."

Session Structure & Sliding Scale Investment

Initial Consultation

Before scheduling any session, we’ll meet for a 15–30 minute call via Zoom or phone.
This time allows us to:

  • Ensure therapeutic compatibility

  • Clarify what you envision (your real needs and aspirations towards wellbeing)

  • Discuss practical arrangements

If we don’t resonate, that’s completely okay.
I don’t convince or persuade.

If there is mutual alignment, we’ll move forward with trust, clarity, and safety.

Ethical-Moral Exchange & Living Connections

This is not a commercial contract, but a living, relational connection rooted in compassionate care and wisdom.

Since this vocational practice is not meant to sell to the masses nor will there be any subscriptions, memberships, or other complicated mechanisms to capture attention or build dependency, it remains simple and unbound.

There are no rigid company conditions and terms, only the understanding that every action has consequences, and integrity cannot be fabricated.

Instead of worrying about how to attract, collect, or manage,
I leave every inquiry, connection, and real-time session as it is unfolding naturally, without manipulation of the moment.

Of course, this is not a careless or disengaged way. It’s simply a deeper understanding that being scattered and full of agendas of how I would want things to go does more a disservice. I choose to not play those games.

If anyone is chasing constant “experiences” or searching for lasting satisfaction through stimulation or external fulfillment,
this practice will not be helpful, and I’m not here to take anyone’s time.

What’s shared here points gently and firmly toward the root,
toward unconditioned peace, not temporary relief.

A Way of Relating

This practice honors a non-coercive, non-interfering,
mutually liberating and compassionate way of relating -
supporting wholeness and inner loving governance,
not control and dependency.

After several years devoted to deconstructive healing and spiritual seclusion, navigating the often challenging experience of not “fitting in” with mainstream socially suppressive norms and have come to fully accept the solitary contemplative life.

This way of being allows for wholehearted dedication
to vocational practice and meaningful creative contribution without having to blindly submit to anything or to fall trap to false servility.

Blind leading and following is common, and utter honesty and discernment are necessary to not lose sight of true vision.

Practice Orientation

I’m drawn to friendships and relationships that honor the spiritual life and respect the time that we all have on this earthly sojourn.

You won’t find me spending time gossiping or engaging in fruitless distractions. Moments are precious, and each breathe while in this living human body is not to be taken for granted.

While I hold no rigid plans, I remain steady on the noble path, open to where this practice may lead… be it relocation, new communities, or fresh ways of sharing timeless teachings through writings and private sessions.

Somatune Therapies is not meant to be a brand. It is simply a name to share creative contributions. It could be called anything at all, as long as the pure foundation and guiding principles remain intact along the way.

Thank you for your openness and trust. May our exchange be clean, clear, and aligned with mutual well-being and upliftment.

Somatune Therapies Sessions

In-Person (Travel-Based) & Online

Somatic & Sound Wisdom

Session Structure
Each session is held within a spacious 2-hour window to allow for unhurried presence, nervous system regulation, and deep body-mind attunement.

Sliding Scale Investment

  • Abundant Support: $220–250
For those with financial stability who wish to support the community and help sustain the practice.

  • Sustaining Rate: $170–210
Covers the full session: time, tools, travel, and vocational livelihood.

  • Supported Rate: $140–160
For those with limited income or in transitional life phases.

The sliding scale exists to honor non-binding flexibility, accessibility, dignity, and equity while valuing the energy, loving care, and training that support each session.

On Financial Exchange

Monetary funds are held within a framework of generosity, goodwill, and gratitude. The gifts of life are truly priceless, and money is simply a tool for value exchange.

I do not charge based on “market rates,”
yet I still live in a city where there are practical needs such as home, food, transportation, basic living expenses and long term savings.

I’ve also lived on the bare minimum for extended periods with no dependence on a future retirement fund, health insurance etc. as a way to declutter the mind and heart from deeply instilled programming and conditioned expectations.

Consistent seasons of profound renunciation were well worth it as each moment clarified what I truly need, not what the economy wants me to chase in order to keep itself fueled.

I’m aware of what’s needed to sustain dignified living standards, healthy nutrition, overall healthcare, and basic wellbeing.
This vocational practice supports balanced, all-around care without extreme self-sacrifice or dependence on institutions.

I’m not funding a “dream lifestyle,”
but practicing living in a grounded, sane, and spiritually freeing way upon these living lands.

The amounts offered here are not meant to be rigid. They exist within a spacious field of harmonious flow.

It’s the motive/wholesome seeds behind each connection that matters, not any attachments to getting or holding on.

Rest assured, when you support this vocational practice, you are also facilitating a much deeper call that honors truth, inner freedom, and the quiet unfolding of life beyond systems built on greed and all the other heavy chains of the mind.

No more than 2 clients are scheduled per day to preserve quality depth, calm clarity, and integrity.

  • Best scheduled on a day of rest if you tend to keep a busy schedule and have various life commitments (family, business, home, etc.)

  • Sessions are not meant to be a quick fix or mechanistic therapy, but a connection for authentic healing through embodied presence.

  • The practice and gentle facilitation is to guide you into your own inner capacity to soften, process, integrate and transform.

Be Aware, Informed & Wise

No bewildered & blind leaders and followers here….

You are warmly encouraged to be informed, aware, and free to choose what feels true for where you are in your transformational process.

Nothing on this site is meant to “lead” you or “convince” you. I honor own vocational calling, vision and voice and simply share freely, invite and allow all to remember that they too have the capacity to govern their minds and hearts in a way that unifies and connects (rather that divides and controls)

Unconditional acceptance, deep listening, attunement to the present moment, and a generous quality of caring attention are rare, perhaps even absent, in the consumer marketplace. Yet I trust, wholeheartedly, that this path can offer a space to cultivate and embody these precious human qualities.

This vocational practice does not operate within popular business models and contractual agreements.

This is simply a creative contribution in the greater whole. This is not about “me”. We meet directly—there is no need to register for anything, sign disclaimers, or feel obligated to pay for “services.”

There are no guarantees of specific outcomes, as there are no promises, only a willingness to meet whatever is ripe to arise.

As long as there is mutual trust, a resonance with deeper principles, and an open-minded capacity to explore and see, we can allow life, within a steady and safe practice structure, to reveal exactly what is needed in its own right timing.

These motives are held in ongoing awareness, kept in check through mindful action.

We discern through wisdom and a grounded understanding of what IS real, not through projections, images, or ideals of what we think should be.

We connect, but do not cling.
We honor each other’s paths, without imposition or interference.
We accept without control, without management, without forced agenda.

If the essence of these words resonates with you…if you have glimpsed or come to know this deeper way of being or called to a different way of life other than what’s been sold to you, it would be an honor to walk alongside, explore, and practice together.

The nature of this work is subtle, intuitive, and deeply relational.

I’m devoted to a path of transformational healing, integration, and clarity, and do not "take on" or absorb others' pain. I do not form trauma bonds, reinforce dependencies, or merge with personal stories in ways that perpetuate suffering or attachment to a fixed sense of self. I don’t label myself as an “empath,” “healer,” or anything else that implies having special or magical “soul” powers.

Energy is not something to be extracted from others,
but a living field to be understood, one that sustains life at its most essential levels.

This is not a space where pain is used for profit or attachment. It is a space of respect for all life and a commitment to liberation. (freedom from suffering)

I meet each being with mindful presence and compassionate detachment honoring your process while maintaining clear awareness and healthy life/energetic hygiene and respectful boundaries.

Diagram of the Noble Eightfold Path showing the middle path with eight components and five percepts.

Please Note with Care

I currently don’t work with ongoing domestic violence, severe psychological disorders, longstanding substance abuse, or patterns of extreme harm including sexual misconduct, theft (of time, energy, or resources), willful deceit, or intentional cruelty.

While I hold deep compassion for all beings including those stuck in generational pain and wounding, the role is not that of a crisis interventionist or clinical therapist.

I’m available to walk alongside and support those who have already made a sincere commitment to living a moral-ethical life, have begun a process of healing-feeling, and who are open to aligning their whole being with truth, presence, and inner transformation.

I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or offer medical, psychological, or life advice. I do not function as a professional healer, licensed counselor, physician, or healthcare provider in any conventional or clinical capacity.

While I have completed the required education and licensing for LMBT (Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapy), I have consciously chosen to uphold principles that far exceed the minimal standards of the industrial wellness marketplace.

Having witnessed firsthand the subtle harms, coercive undercurrents, and extreme profit-driven motives embedded even within popular corporate and educational institutions, I’ve chosen not to participate in systems that compromise deep integrity, authenticity, or care at the root level.

  • Bringing attention to the body as it is, with presence and non-attachment.

    Practices include:

    • Mindful breathing (in-breaths and out-breaths)

    • Awareness of posture (sitting, standing, walking, lying down)

    • Observing daily physical movements

    • Contemplating the body’s parts (e.g., skin, bones, organs)

    • Reflecting on the four elements (earth, water, fire, air)

    • Cemetery contemplations (seeing impermanence through death and decay)

Why: This grounds mindfulness in embodied presence and reveals the body's impermanent nature.

  • Being aware of the feeling tone in each experience: pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral.

    Practices include:

    • Recognizing feeling tones connected to physical or mental experiences

    • Noticing how feelings lead to craving or aversion

Why: This is where craving often begins. Mindfulness of feeling creates space to interrupt reactivity and habit.

  • Watching the mind’s state without identifying with it.

    Questions to consider:

    • Is the mind clear or confused?

    • Is it filled with greed, anger, or delusion?

    • Is it scattered or concentrated?

    • Is it free or entangled?

Why: Knowing the condition of the mind helps us guide it skillfully, without getting lost in its contents.

  • Observing the patterns, teachings, and laws that shape inner and outer reality.

    Practices include:

    • Recognizing the Five Hindrances and how they arise and pass

    • Contemplating the Five Aggregates (form, feeling, perception, formation, consciousness)

    • Noticing how the Six Sense Bases interact with the world

    • Cultivating the Seven Factors of Awakening

    • Applying the Four Noble Truths to one’s direct experience

Why: This is the foundation of insight. Seeing the conditioned nature of experience helps uproot delusion and leads to liberation.

Internal / External Observation

Mindfulness of what’s happening within, around, or both.

Watching Arising and Passing

Noticing how experiences begin and end, over and over again.

Just Knowing

  • Resting in bare awareness: "This is here now."

Why This Practice Matters

Training in these four foundations gradually reveals three universal marks:

  • Impermanence

  • Unsatisfactoriness

  • Not-Self

When we see clearly, we let go. And when we let go, we are free.

This is the path of liberation, walked moment by moment, breathe by breathe, with honesty, care, and clarity.

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness

These four foundations offer a complete and direct way to train awareness and transform consciousness. Each foundation supports clear seeing, deep presence, and freedom from suffering.
